A tour package is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received. Full itinerary, coach, room and meal details are shared and agreed before confirmation.
Only what is explicitly listed in your package is included. Extra entry tickets, personal activities, tips and personal expenses are the traveller's responsibility. Any expenses arising from unforeseen contingencies — weather, delays, road closures — are not covered.
Room distribution depends on the layout of the hotel or resort booked and is allotted at the tour manager's discretion to ensure fair sharing across the group.
Travellers are expected to follow the tour manager's schedule and safety instructions. Beauty Holidays reserves the right to deny boarding or continued travel to anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, local restrictions, or safety concerns. We aim to keep the overall experience and value of the package intact wherever changes are necessary.
While every safety measure — GPS tracking, CCTV, trained crew, safety gear — is in place, Beauty Holidays is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation terms and any applicable refund of the advance depend on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. Exact slabs are confirmed at the time of booking and shared in writing.
In the rare case we need to cancel or significantly reschedule a departure — for reasons such as insufficient group size, safety, or force majeure — we will offer a full refund of amounts paid or a rebooking on an alternate date.
Certain third-party bookings (entry permits, specific accommodation blocks) may be non-refundable once confirmed; this will be communicated before you pay.
